Yarr! Swimulator Poster

Greetings! Have some more Game Design Studies art from yours truly!

So what is this exactly? This is part of my final art assignment where I had to create a poster for a game we have been working on.
The poster needs to feature at least one character and show that I can handle depth and lighting properly.
I think I did a good enough job! What do you guys think?

The poster features the game's main character, the Pirate Captain Skip Legday as well as his enemies the Mermaid River Pirates.
During the game you have to swim through a river, fighting against fish pirates using your harpoon gun as well as special items that randomly drop.
You also have to collect coins for points, and due to health being related to an air meter you sometimes have to swom for the surface to grab some air.
